- Ability to read and understand machine drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, coordination, and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to research and identify correct machine components and vehicle parts.
- Experience creating and maintaining maintenance documentation and PM schedules.
- Prior and practical experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and internet systems required.
- Maintain and track preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for all production machines, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Create, update, and manage maintenance records, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Read and interpret machine drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Research and source machine components, replacement parts, tools, and vehicle parts from vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures, forms, and tracking systems.
- Communicate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and vendors regarding equipment needs and repair status.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
