The Position:
- We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative. The pay range is salary based and is based on experience.
- We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
- We also offer a comprehensive health insurance package for full-time positions.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years sales related experience in a construction related or manufacturing field, Bachelor’s Degree, a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Email, and Mac computers, ERP and CRM systems
- Time Management and strong written, oral communication, and basic math skills
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow product and sales scope of existing customer portfolio
- Acquire new customers and continuously develop prospects
- Travel minimum of 3-4 days per week within assigned territory and attending tradeshows
- Provide sales presentation to customers and prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Meet or exceed sales targets, growth objectives, and metrics
- Capture accurate data from customer visits and market information through cold calls, prospects, and existing accounts.
